The modalities practised are remedial, relaxation, therapeutic, pregnancy massage and manual lymphatic drainage (also known as lymphatic massage). Treatment is tailored to the individual's needs. Commonly treated conditions include shoulder and neck pain, muscle stiffness, numbness and tingling in the hands and feet, mid and low back pain, tension headaches and stress. Both patients and clients often return for maintenance massage. Other modalities include trigger point therapy and myofascial release. When necessary and after discussion with the client, myofascial cupping is sometimes applied. All massages are by appointment from Tuesday to Saturday.
